Book Cover: The Secret Method for Growing Younger

Book Description

Five years after her mother died of Alzheimer’s Disease, Ellen found herself with early symptoms: her short-term memory became very fragile, her tongue kept tripping on words (if she could even find the word), and she wouldn't ask a question because she couldn't remember if she had already asked it.

Then, in her late 60s, Ellen attended an advanced class in Remote Viewing, where she received the message: “Spin clockwise to become younger.” She thought that was silly until a classmate told her that spinning clockwise is the Number One physical movement of the Tibetan Rites of Rejuvenation, also called The Five Tibetans, which make you grow younger. All her adult life she had searched for, studied and applied spiritual practices for creating the life she wanted. Ellen added the Five Tibetans, and soon she found herself free of Alzheimer’s symptoms. With a whole program of practices, she knew she had to share them, so Ellen wrote two books called “The Secret Method for Growing Younger.”

Volume 1 provides the mental and spiritual foundation for starting the rejuvenation process. There is a follow-up volume that contains step-by-step instructions for all the habits which transformed her life.

Today, at 88 years old, Ellen is vibrant and cogent - and her creativity is supercharged.
